The brain is like the universe. It is composed on an intricate wave of neurons, neurotransmitters, and a neural network similar to the vast universe, which is composed of the galaxies, planets, and a galactic network. The brain, like the universe, is connected and held together by the synapses in a neuron as a dark matter keeps the universe intact. Without these things, each would break down and would cease to exist. As the brain contributes to the understanding of the things we can comprehend, so the universe contributes to everything that is here; had been and will be; in short, everything. The brain is like a dark corner waiting to be fully discovered while the universe is like a whole undiscovered planet waiting to be fully unveiled. So similarly, both are complex in nature, and that we humans are still starting to uncover its dark and hidden secrets.
